Our Mission

To be the missing link between those in supported accommodation and living independently. We provide much needed move-on accommodation from supported housing, helping individuals build the skills and confidence to sustain a tenancy and thrive in their own homes.

Our Vision

A future where everyone has the opportunity to successfully transition from supported housing to independent living. We envision thriving communities where individuals and families are empowered with the right support to maintain sustainable tenancies.

Independent Living

Our move-on properties provide 2-3 hours of housing-related support per week, with assured short-hold tenancy for up to two years (extendable if needed).

Our Purpose

We are a stepping stone for people on the edge of homelessness. Our aim is to break the cycle and create a pathway to permanent, independent living. Everyone’s journey is different, some move quickly, others need more time. Our role is to walk beside them at every step.

Our Strategy

We build fully furnished homes with the right support: Financial guidance, employment access, community, and care. We work in partnership with the YMCA and trusted providers to scale this model across the UK.

Our Culture

We believe that people come first. We make decisions alongside our tenants, not for them. From how we furnish homes to how we give support - It’s all shaped by lived experience.
